Tactical Human Performance
Readiness is developed through preparation. Training systems built for military personnel, first responders, tactical professionals, and athletes who need the physical capability, resilience, and confidence to perform when demands increase.

The Operator Tactical Performance System was created to provide a structured framework for tactical human performance: a repeatable approach for developing individuals who must perform in demanding environments.
Strength, capacity, and movement quality built in sequence rather than assembled from random sessions.
Training matched to the demands of the mission, adjusted as the schedule and the environment change.
Recovery and long-term progression so capability holds up across a career, not just a training cycle.
How to work together
Pick the level of support that matches your timeline, your budget, and how much of the thinking you want handled for you.
[Fully individualized programming, weekly check-ins, video review, nutrition structure, and direct messaging access. Best for: someone with a test, a selection, or a return-to-duty timeline.]
[Self-paced access to the full training system, delivered through the app with video demos, scaling options, and phase progressions. Best for: disciplined self-starters.]
[Programming and physical readiness consulting for units, departments, and organizations. Assessment, program design, and coach education. Best for: leadership responsible for a group standard.]
The sequence
Nothing gets written until the demands of your job and the state of your body are on paper.
[Intake call, movement screen, current testing standards, injury history, schedule, and equipment access.]
[A phased plan written to your calendar: strength blocks, conditioning targets, and recovery built around duty days.]
[Weekly check-ins, load adjustments, and retesting so progress is measured against the standard, not a feeling.]
